No Sugar Spreads Making a spread without honey or sugar is difficult because these ingredients help “gel” the jam. Our no-sugar spreads go one step further. We don’t use artificial pectin to create a gel, either. Homemade applesauce or pureed dried fruits give our no-sugar spreads the feel of jam, with the goodness of nature.
